Social Media and Content Executive - Residential

The Role
With the ongoing expansion of our Dubai residential team we are looking for a social media and content executive to join the team. In this role, you will help shape the voice of Savills Middle East across digital platforms, crafting content that reflects our heritage, professionalism, and market-leading expertise.
As a Social Media and Content Executive, you will play a critical role in enhancing Savills’ online presence across the Middle East. You will develop and execute innovative content strategies that engage high-value audiences, drive brand awareness, and reinforce Savills’ position as a trusted advisor in real estate.
Key Responsibilities
1- Social Media Management
- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy tailored to the UAE and Middle East real estate markets.
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across platforms, including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter.
- Monitor social media performance, analyze key metrics, and adjust strategies to optimize reach and engagement.
- Ensure all content adheres to the Savills brand guidelines, maintaining a tone of professionalism and authority.
2- Content Creation and Thought Leadership
- Write high-quality, informative content for social media, blogs, and email campaigns, addressing market trends and client interests.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to produce impactful visuals, videos, and infographics.
- Develop thought leadership articles and reports that showcase Savills’ expertise in the Middle East real estate market.
3- Community Engagement
- Act as the digital voice of Savills Middle East by responding to inquiries, engaging with followers, and fostering meaningful interactions.
- Identify opportunities to collaborate with influencers, industry partners, and key stakeholders to enhance brand visibility.
4- Performance Analytics and Reporting
- Use social media and web analytics tools to track campaign performance and audience behavior.
- Generate detailed reports to evaluate the effectiveness of content strategies and provide actionable recommendations.
- Stay informed on digital trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities within the Middle East market.
Skills, Knowledge and Experience
- Industry Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in social media and content marketing, preferably in the real estate, luxury, or professional services sectors.
- Content Expertise: Demonstrated ability to produce compelling written and visual content for sophisticated audiences.
- Regional Knowledge: Strong understanding of the UAE and Middle East markets, including cultural nuances and digital preferences.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with social media management platforms, analytics tools, and basic design software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite).
- Communication Skills: Excellent command of the English language both written and verbal communication. The chosen candidate will have exceptional attention to detail and an eye for brand consistency.
