The Role

A full-time RDD Assistant Manager focusing on the management of the Fit-out process of tenants onsite within the Property Management department.
We are looking for a conscientious and driven RDD Assistant Manager to join our thriving Property Management team. The role will be based in West Cairo – Sheikh Zayed. Flexibility and a willing attitude are vital.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute Tenant Coordination processes, procedures and standards for management, quality and efficiency in tenant’s design, construction and life safety.
• Work closely with property manager, operations and leasing to coordinate the tenant construction process and facilitate timely construction projects.
• Work with Leasing to provide support and develop the relationships necessary to handle all the tenant’s fitout requirements.

• Know, enforce and update the company technical specifications & updating the guidelines of the property according to the property needs & the retail international standards.
• Review the tenants design package to make sure it is complying with the property guidelines.
• Coordinating with the MEP team to make sure that the unit’s inspections are moving smoothly to match the unit fit-out timeline.
• Establish the conceptual budget for tenants where landlord work is involved.
• Coordinate any changes to the base building design with construction.
• Maintain an ongoing and comprehensive project tenant schedule.
• Supervise the consultants for tenant construction projects.
• Direct and manage the tenant plan check and permit process.
• Supervise all tenant contractors on the project.
• Coordinate all tenant preconstruction meetings and construction meetings.
• Coordinate all tenant tie-ins to landlord system.
• Coordinate tenant schedules and design with development, design and construction where necessary to ensure smooth flow of timely delivery and completion of tenant spaces.
• Close-out tenant construction projects by providing legal department with all documents, fees, charges, lien wavers, balance reports, as built and other construction related items necessary for legal to close out projects and return tenant allowances.
• Work hand-in-hand with the scheme personnel to review all tenant drawings and coordinate the tenant construction process.
• Keep master copies of documents that are sent to tenants, contractors, architects, etc. such as the tenant criteria handbook and contractor’s rules and regulations.
• Communication and ability to offer common sense solutions to complex issues.

Skills, Knowledge and Experience

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in design, Architecture.
• Skills: AutoCAD, Photoshop, Illustrator, 3D visual programs, Bluebeam & Microsoft Office
• Experience: at least 3-5 years in Retail design & delivery.
