HR Coordinator

To provide HR services support as per instruction and guidance provided by HRBP. This includes supporting the recruitment and selection, employee relations, onboarding process, documentation process and governance of all HR processes, policies in line with local laws and as per International best practice.

Key Responsibilities
- HR file management: Maintaining employee and HR files and ensure accuracy, organization, and completeness. Update and ensure accuracy of HR databases and MS Excel databases where applicable.
- Manage employee relations related to joiners/leavers process.
- Coordinate and gather personnel paperwork as required. Assist in the gathering of paperwork and Savills mandatory onboarding documents
- Onboarding / Off-Boarding: Coordinate the onboarding and leaver process (manage all items on the on-boarding checklist to close (i.e. send new hire related items, email/other IT account setup, track for completion and file) as well as ensure all legal documentation such as contracts and agreements are signed and suitably filed).
- Assist in the induction preparation of new joiners (checklists, presentations, and office orientations plans).
- Data management: Capture and maintain accuracy of relevant employee data in the various HR systems.
- Coordinate with manager/IT regarding company equipment and items to be returned for the offboarding process.
- Recruitment: Support in CV screening and interview scheduling
- Performance management: Ensures proper implementation performance management processes during the probationary period across all departments, follow-up with the line managers and employees where necessary.
- Learning & Development: Assist in the Training arrangements
Skills, Knowledge and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree holder in a HR or Business/Management related program or similar
- 0–1-year relevant HR experience supporting a Head of HR or similar role
- Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential matters, materials and data with the utmost discretion, ensuring best HR practice
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to adhere to strict timelines
- Exceptional attention to detail – data capture, follow-up and follow-through, high level of accuracy
- Ability to plan and prioritize work and conflicting demands
- Good understanding of the pace and urgency related to the HR function
- Solid MS Outlook and Word experience.
- Good Excel experience (basic formulas and formatting experience)
- Proficient at navigating technology and ability to learn systems quickly. independently
