Sales Manager

Savills Sharjah is seeking a commercially driven and dynamic Sales Manager to lead its Residential Agency team. This leadership role will focus on expansion, managing a team of agents, driving revenue growth, and strengthening client relationships across Sharjah and the Northern Emirates. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting strategy, guiding execution, and ensuring excellence in both sales and leasing services.

Key Responsibilities
Leadership &Team Management:
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of residential agents to achieve individual and team targets
Recruit, train, and retain high-performing agents aligned with Savills standards
Set clear KPIs, provide performance feedback, and ensure accountability across the team
Foster a positive and collaborative team culture with a focus on professionalism and client service
Business Development:
Drive new business generation by identifying and targeting key clients (landlords, developers, investors)
Expand Savills’ residential market share across both sales and leasing
Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, institutional landlords, real estate investors, and high-net-worth clients
Actively seek out and secure exclusive mandates for residential properties and portfolios
Sales & Leasing Strategy:
Oversee the end-to-end sales and leasing process across the portfolio
Set pricing and positioning strategies based on up-to-date market analysis
Collaborate with marketing to plan and execute lead-generation campaigns and promotions
Identify new growth areas, underserved segments, and product gaps in the market
Operational Oversight:
Maintain accurate reporting of listings, leads, deals, and client interactions in CRM
Ensure all documentation is compliant with regulatory requirements and internal controls
Oversee deal progression, approvals, and documentation through to completion
Liaise with internal legal, finance, and marketing teams to ensure seamless operations
Skills, Knowledge and Experience
Minimum 4–6 years of real estate experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
Deep understanding of residential real estate markets in Sharjah and Northern Emirates
Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills
Proficient in CRM systems (e.g., PropSpace, Salesforce, Goyzer) and Microsoft Office
Valid UAE driving license
