Senior Marketing Executive

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Executive to support the marketing efforts within the corporate and commercial marketing team. The role will involve managing day-to-day marketing activities, coordinating campaigns when required, and ensuring brand visibility across multiple channels including digital, events, and on-site project marketing. The Marketing Executive will play a key role in driving engagement with various internal and external stakeholders located regionally and globally. The role requires wearing many hats and the individual would benefit from having a growth mindset.

Key Responsibilities
Marketing Communications & Content Management
- Plan, create, and schedule email marketing campaigns (research launches newsletters, corporate and project updates,) using CRM/email platforms.
- Liaise with the PR and Content Specialist to manage LinkedIn social media postings, ensuring a variety of content while staying consistent with the Savills brand voice and aligning activities with business objectives.
- Assist in photo/video content creation by briefing and accompanying the in-house photographer at shoots and reviewing edited content, ensuring quality and on-time work are achieved.
- Work with the HR and Marketing team to keep the Savills intranet updated with regional news and announcements, brand updates from global teams etc
- Liaise with the digital marketing/SEO manager on website updates, including service line updates, property listings, blog content, news, and corporate announcements.
Branding, Design and Project Signage
- Oversee the design, production, and placement of project signage, hoardings, and marketing collateral at client development sites.
- Liaise with in-house design team and external vendors such as printers for creative and production requirements including Savills merchandise, business cards etc.
- Use tools such as Canva for templated designs for digital channels and liaise with designers for more complex requirements.
- Ensure compliance with brand guidelines across all materials.
- Support the marketing manager in budget preparation, signoff and approvals.
- Manage invoicing, vendor payments, and financial reconciliations with finance teams.
- Maintain accurate records of all corporate marketing expenses.
Budgeting & Invoicing
Events & Client Engagement
- Support the planning and execution of Savills events, roundtables, and briefings.
- Coordinate Savills participation at industry events such as Cityscape, etc.
- Coordinate logistics, vendor management, and event marketing materials.
- Maintain event budgets and ensure timely delivery of all collateral.
Paid Media & Lead Generation
- Assist in planning and executing paid digital campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads) for brand awareness and lead generation efforts of Savills and for client projects, where mandated. Collaborate with agencies/vendors where required to run these.
- Monitor campaign budgets and utilization, suggest ways to optimize performance, and set up a regular reporting structure.
- Track and analyze performance of digital campaigns, providing insights and recommendations.
Skills, Knowledge and Experience
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms (email automation, social media, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for internal and client interactions.
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Attention to details.
- Basic understanding of budgeting and financial processes and proficient in Excel.
- Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with CMS, CRM, and design software (Canva/Adobe) and adaptability to different software.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business Administration (or related field).
- 2–4 years’ experience in marketing, ideally within real estate, property, or professional services.
