The Role

The residential marketing team are excited to welcome a marketing trainee into their growing team as part of our Emiratization Trainee Program. This trainee role will give hands on experience and catapult the employee towards an exciting career in marketing. This role is based in our Dubai office (Arenco Tower, Media City, Dubai).

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in coordinating marketing activities and brief creative requests.
• Support social media content creation and scheduling.
• Manage relationships with external suppliers and agencies.
• Submit high-value property listings for international exposure.
• Facilitate team workflows using Monday.com to streamline project delivery.
• Prepare insightful meeting minutes to keep the team aligned.
• Collaborate closely with the marketing team to deliver timely and impactful results.
• Coordinate agent requests, clearly briefing creative teams on amendments and updates.
• Act as a key point of contact for internal communications, ensuring timely follow-ups on marketing requests.
• Maintain efficient tracking and management of feedback from agents, ensuring tasks stay on schedule and aligned with brand standards.

Skills, Knowledge and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business or similar field.
• Maximum 1 year internship or work experience.
• Committed to professional growth.
• Great time keeping skills.
• Great organization and communication skills.
• Interest in working in a global real estate company with a dynamic team environment.
• Drivers license (only for the purpose of getting to the office everyday).
