Commercial Valuations Analyst
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting with valuation report writing and forming templates for ongoing valuation instructions
- Collecting comparable evidence and maintaining relevant trackers
- Research of market data and upkeep of reporting formats to a good standard
- Assisting in the preparation of customer RFPs when required
- Preparing terms of engagements/valuation fee quotations if needed
- Assisting with organizing valuer inspections and coordination of data
- Assisting with targeting new clients and business development
- Manage digital filing of soft copies for the Commercial Valuations team
- Manage daily data entry in our in-house valuation trackers
- Assist with any Ad-hoc requests within the team
- Provide back-end support to the Directors of Dubai Valuations team
Skills, Knowledge and Experience
- Well-developed interpersonal skills and ability to build and sustain relationships with clients and team members
- Attention to detail and proactive
- High level of written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently with a strong sense of responsibility and to have a proactive, positive approach
- Good organization skills, ability to multitask
- High level of computer literacy skills with proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications i.e. Word, PowerPoint and Excel
- Team player with positive attitude, enthusiastic and self-motivated with the ability to work calmly under pressure
