The Role

This role is ideal for a recent graduate eager to grow their skills and contribute to real-world design projects. You'll have the opportunity to work across a wide range of design briefs and platforms, supporting the creation of compelling visuals that elevate our brand. This role is based in our Arenco Tower office in Dubai Media City.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and edit creatives for both digital and print, including but not limited to:

  • Social media posts and stories (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.)

  • Website banners

  • Email marketing designs and newsletters

  • Event collateral (posters, invites, digital screens)

  • Presentation decks and internal communications

• Adapt existing creative concepts into different formats and sizes based on campaign requirements.

• Edit and enhance imagery (e.g. color correction, background removal, retouching) for use in marketing materials.

• Ensure visual consistency across all design outputs, maintaining brand guidelines and tone.

• Collaborate with the content and marketing teams to conceptualize campaign ideas.

• Support senior designers on key campaigns and take initiative on quick-turnaround tasks.

• Organize and manage design files, assets, and templates for future use.

• Stay up to date on design trends, tools, and social media best practices.

• Assist in creating branded templates and reusable layouts for recurring design needs.

• Attention to detail and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.

Skills, Knowledge and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in design, marketing, business or similar field.

• Maximum 1 year internship or work experience.

• Committed to professional growth.

• Great time keeping skills.

• Great organization and communication skills.

• Interest in working in a global real estate company with a dynamic team environment.

• Drivers license (only for the purpose of getting to the office everyday).
