Senior Community Executive

The Role
We are currently seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Senior Community Engineer to join our team in Egypt. The Senior Community Engineer will play a key role in managing day-to-day community operations, acting as the main point of contact for clients, overseeing site activities, and ensuring compliance with community regulations while delivering a high standard of service and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring all requests are properly received, executed, and followed up on in a timely manner.
Oversee and track daily operations within the Community Management (CM) function, coordinating closely with internal departments to ensure efficient fulfilment of client requests.
Maintain regular and professional communication with clients, providing clear updates on progress, timelines, and resolution of requests.
Supervise site operations and ensure smooth on-ground execution of community-related activities.
Handle client complaints professionally, investigate issues, and ensure appropriate corrective actions are taken.
Monitor and address any violations or non-compliance within the community, ensuring adherence to community rules and regulations.
Ensure that all construction activities within the community have the necessary and valid work permits.
Follow up on permits and approvals, ensuring all documentation is valid, updated, and compliant with relevant regulations.
Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with approved plans, specifications, and safety standards.
Identify operational issues during inspections and coordinate corrective actions with concerned parties.
Prepare periodic reports on site activities, client issues, compliance status, and operational performance, as required.
Skills, Knowledge and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
4–5 years of relevant experience in community management, site engineering, or a similar role.
Strong knowledge of site operations, construction activities, and permit management.
Proven experience in client-facing roles with the ability to manage expectations and resolve issues effectively.
Good understanding of compliance, regulations, and community management standards.
Strong coordination and communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to conduct site inspections and prepare clear, structured reports.
Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with community management or reporting systems is a plus.
