Campaign Content Creator

The Role
We are seeking a proactive, highly execution focused Social Media Content Creator to join the Residential Marketing team at Savills Middle East, with a primary focus on supporting the Off-Plan division.
This role is hands-on and production-led, requiring strong experience in shooting, editing, and delivering high-quality short-form video content optimised for both organic growth and paid campaign performance across key social platforms.
As part of a fast-growing and high-performance marketing team, the role will significantly increase Savills’ video content output for Off-Plan campaigns, including frequent on-site filming with agents, developments, and project teams. The successful candidate will play a central role in translating property, lifestyle, and investment narratives into engaging, high-performing social content that drives visibility, enquiries, and lead generation.
The Social Media Content Creator will report directly to the Senior Marketing Executive and work closely with the Social Media & Content Executive, ensuring all content aligns with Savills’ brand standards, content strategy, and campaign objectives.
Key Responsibilities
1) Content Production
Plan and execute short-form video shoots for agents and projects, including:
Development walkthroughs
Project launches
Site visits
Talking-head and presenter-led content
Edit high-performing short-form video creatives, optimised for:
Instagram (Reels & Stories)
Paid Off-Plan campaign activity
Produce multiple creative variations of campaign content to support performance marketing testing, optimisation, and scale.
Manage end-to-end production delivery, from briefing and shoot planning through to final edit and publication, ensuring agreed turnaround times are consistently met.
2) Quality & Brand Standards
Ensure all content fully aligns with Savills brand guidelines, tone of voice, and visual quality standards.
Maintain consistently high production quality across all deliverables.
Work closely with the Social Media Lead and wider Marketing team to continuously improve:
Creative effectiveness
Production efficiency
Output quality
Performance outcomes
3) Reporting & Performance Tracking
Produce a concise monthly content performance report, outlining:
Content volume produced
Campaigns and projects supported
Key engagement and performance insights
Track content delivery and performance against agreed KPIs, highlighting:
Trends
Opportunities
Areas for improvement
4) Workflow & Delivery Management
Proactively manage content schedules and delivery timelines, ensuring:
Efficient workflow planning
On-time campaign support
Flag capacity constraints, production risks, or delays early, proposing solutions to maintain delivery standards.
In addition to the tasks described above, the job holder may be required to carry out other duties as may reasonably be required from time to time.
Skills, Knowledge and Experience
Minimum 1 year of experience creating short-form video content for social media, ideally within real estate or a fast-paced commercial environment.
Strong hands-on experience in filming and professional video editing, with the ability to independently manage content from raw footage through to final delivery.
Proficiency in professional video editing software.
Proven experience producing content optimised for Instagram and performance-driven paid campaigns.
Strong copywriting skills for script writing and captions.
Excellent people skills and confidence working directly with stakeholders.
The ability to manage multiple shoots and deadlines while maintaining quality and speed.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, particularly around timelines and deliverables.
A practical understanding of what makes short-form video perform (hooks, pacing, structure, clear call to action).
Can-do attitude with ability to work effectively independently and as part of a team, as required.
Ability to travel across Dubai for shoots as required
Preferably bilingual; Arabic language skills would be an advantage
