Commercial Valuations Administrator (UAE National)

We are seeking an organised and detail-oriented Commercial Valuations Administrator to join our Dubai team. This role provides administrative support to the Commercial Valuations department, assisting with the preparation of reports, quotations, invoices, and day-to-day operations.
This opportunity is open to UAE Nationals (Emiratis) with a Family Book as part of our commitment to supporting Emiratization initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
Assist with the preparation of customer RFPs by collating and formatting documents.
Support the preparation, formatting and binding of valuation reports.
Proofread reports to ensure accuracy, consistency, and correct spelling and grammar.
Prepare terms of engagement and valuation fee quotations.
Raise invoices and assist with daily billing requirements.
Update internal trackers and maintain accurate records of quotations and valuations.
Organise and maintain digital filing systems for the Commercial Valuations team.
Assist with cheque collections and issue receipts where required.
Follow up with clients regarding outstanding payments.
Support month-end invoicing and update fee analysis logs.
Maintain valuation trackers and complete data entry accurately.
Coordinate property inspection appointments for valuers.
Provide general administrative support to the Commercial Valuations team and assist with ad hoc tasks as required.
Skills, Knowledge and Experience
Around 1–2 years' experience in an administrative or office support role.
Previous experience within real estate or professional services would be advantageous but is not essential.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Positive, proactive attitude with a willingness to learn.
Able to work both independently and as part of a team.
Professional, reliable and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
