Residential Leasing Officer
Join Savills, a worldwide real estate leader with 700 offices and over 40,000 employees. Savills offers unrivalled depth and breadth of experience within the Middle East and across the globe.
We are looking for an energetic and commercially driven Leasing Officer to support residential leasing activity across our managed and mandated assets in Saudi Arabia. This role covers the full leasing cycle, from lead generation and enquiries through to viewings, negotiations, offer letters, lease execution, and handover coordination.
As part of the growing Savills platform in Saudi Arabia, you will work closely with leasing managers, property managers, and landlords to drive occupancy and income across residential, retail, and commercial assets, ensuring all transactions are conducted in full compliance with REGA requirements and the Real Estate Brokerage Law.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound leasing enquiries and generate new leads through prospecting, canvassing, broker networks, and marketing campaigns.
Conduct property viewings and present available units to prospective tenants, clearly articulating the asset’s positioning, rates, and terms.
Negotiate commercial terms within approved rate cards and landlord parameters, and prepare offer letters, LOIs, and lease documentation for approval.
Coordinate lease execution, including tenant onboarding documentation, Ejar registration, and handover to property management teams.
Maintain accurate records of enquiries, viewings, and deal pipelines in Excel and the CRM, and keep availability schedules and stacking plans up to date.
Prepare regular leasing reports covering pipeline status, conversion rates, achieved rents versus ERV, and market intelligence.
Ensure all brokerage activity complies with REGA licensing requirements, the Real Estate Brokerage Law, and Savills policies and procedures.
Skills, Knowledge and Experience
Commercially driven – motivated by targets and confident negotiating terms with tenants, brokers, and operators.
Client-facing presence – professional and persuasive when engaging with landlords, tenants, and brand representatives.
Market awareness – maintains current knowledge of rents, incentives, competing schemes, and active market requirements.
Deal closer – able to move negotiations forward, resolve sticking points, and bring transactions through to signature.
Strong communicator – capable of producing clear offers, reports, and correspondence in both Arabic and English.
Organised and accurate – keeps pipelines, documentation, and availability data reliable and up to date.
Team player – collaborates with property management, marketing, and legal teams while taking ownership of individual deal targets.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Marketing, or a closely related field.
2–4 years of leasing, brokerage, or real estate sales experience in KSA or the GCC, ideally across residential assets.
A valid FAL license (REGA real estate brokerage license) is strongly preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is essential; familiarity with Ejar and CRM systems is an advantage.
Fluency in Arabic and English is required, both spoken and written.
Based in Riyadh or Jeddah, with regular travel to assets and client meetings within the Kingdom as required.
