Junior Financial Analyst

The Financial Analyst will provide essential financial and analytical support to the team, ensuring accurate financial data, forecasts, and strategic insights to support decision-making. The role involves analyzing property performance, conducting financial modeling, and reporting on financial results to guide the organization’s investment and business strategies.

Key Responsibilities
1. Financial Analysis & Modeling
Develop and maintain detailed financial models to assess property investments, acquisitions, and projects.
Conduct sensitivity analysis, scenario analysis, and cash flow forecasting to evaluate the financial viability of projects.
Perform valuation analysis using various methods, including discounted cash flow (DCF), capitalization rates, and comparable sales.
2. Budgeting & Forecasting
Assist in preparing annual budgets and financial forecasts.
Monitor actual performance against budgeted financial targets, identify variances, and provide actionable insights.
3. Reporting & Presentations
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports on company and property performance.
Present financial insights and reports to senior management and key stakeholders.
4. Cash Flow & Asset Management
Analyze cash flows and ensure accurate tracking of income and expenses.
Collaborate with managers to assess financial and asset performance and provide recommendations for cost optimization and revenue enhancement.
5. Collaboration
Work closely with cross-functional teams to support financial analysis, reporting, and business objectives.
Skills, Knowledge & Experience
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. A Master’s degree or CFA designation is a plus.
Experience: 2–4 years of experience in real estate finance, investment banking, or financial analysis.
Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including financial modeling and advanced functions, as well as Power BI and PowerPoint.
Familiarity with ERP systems such as D365 or Infor is preferred.
Knowledge of real estate market trends, valuation techniques, and financial reporting.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to prepare and present financial reports effectively.
Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
Fluency in English is required.
