We are looking for a highly motivated and analytical Analyst to join our growing Consulting team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong interest in real estate and investment to work across a diverse range of client assignments, gaining exposure to market research, financial analysis, data insights and strategic consulting. The successful candidate will play an active role in supporting project delivery, turning complex market data into clear insights and contributing to high-quality reports and presentations for clients.

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Analyst to join our dynamic Consulting team. The successful candidate will support the team across a range of client assignments, conducting market research, financial analysis, data collection, report writing and presentation development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Market Research: Conduct in-depth market research, gather and analyse data, and monitor real estate trends and developments within the Egyptian market to identify relevant opportunities.

• Financial Analysis: Develop and maintain Excel-based financial models to assess investment opportunities, valuations and feasibility studies for clients.

• Report Writing: Prepare clear and comprehensive reports, translating research and analysis into accurate findings and actionable insights for clients.

• Presentations: Develop clear and engaging presentations to effectively communicate research findings, analysis and recommendations.

• Data & Analysis: Jointly develop, deliver and enhance Savills’ existing data collection and analysis programmes, ensuring data is accurate, relevant and up to date.

• Collaboration: Work closely with the Consulting team to support successful project delivery, contribute to client assignments and assist colleagues across various initiatives.

Skills, Knowledge and Experience:

• 3–4 years of experience in real estate, investment, financial advisory or a related field is preferred.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics or a related discipline.

• Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with experience in financial modelling and data analysis.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce clear and concise reports and presentations.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint and Word.

• Understanding of real estate market dynamics and industry trends is advantageous.

• Strong attention to detail, with a proactive and solution-focused approach.

• Ability to work effectively within a team, manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines.
